Honestly a bit surpried to see the knights show up in christchurch already yesterday. And unlike other teams (broncos and roosters) they have not gone around to tour for local fans etc. Just over to get used to the conditions.

This looks like a true must win battle for the knights and they are treating it like such. Hope the team is ready because this might be one of the hardest games so far. Hoping to eat my words but it does feel like a ambush. Also first game since the raiders where we are coming in as favs.

This does have the classic 'banana skin' game feeling. Warriors on the up and taking on a potential wooden spooner; the amount of times I've had my heart and TAB balance broken in these situations..

The last time a team arrived early was last year. I think it was titans who had lost every game. They came here very early and wanted the win like their lives depended on it and out hustled us to victory.

Yeah it was pretty much the exact same setup. Titans lost all of the games until the anzac round, got here early and trained hard like another bootcamp. Then just nudge it out in a great game via byod. Not feeling great about this game... On one side i think we are better mentally than we were last year, and on the other i think the knights can put on a scarier smoke show if there attack clicks.

We had plenty of banana skin games in 2023 and won most of them. This year has more of that feeling for me.

The Knights pose very little threat, we'll be celebrating on Anzac day since I don't remember how long

Titans were losing close games before tipping us over, we were not playing well and still should have finished the game off with a wet sail

This knights team…is so meh that it would be disastrous if we don’t put them away, can’t slack off but no need to self destruct with pressure hopefully

Regarding Berry.
I’ve always liked him.
However I was concerned in a reserve grade game that he looked slower albeit playing well.
And against Melbourne again at times he was running in quicksand.
Obviously he is Webby’s preference for now but Pompey at centre has been good and maybe no slower.

Was just going to post before when those pictures were put up, how well conditioned the team looks. To read this is brilliant, the team is hungry with no ill will of anyone being selected ahead of anyone. Really liking how the seasons coming along
