Did you not see the difference CNK makes for us at the back? Wtf lol.
Honestly no. I thought our middles stood up big time today. What did he do? Had a few carries saw him throw a pass, but again our attack is struggling and he’s had 4 try involvements all year in a key position. a X factor type like Roger would really help us in that area.
If we’re in the opposition 20 running a block play would you rather have Charnze or Roger when it comes down to that 3 on 2 situation. Charnze dies with the ball too often. Roger will make something happen

If you remember, RTS was always being criticised for not being involved in our attack as well.

You're underestimating CNKs importance at the back. He fixed the defensive issues opposition teams found via Taine. He organiser's his team mates well on defense. He's fearless in the tackle. He'll keep doing hitups when everyone else is tired. And his motor is huge & can handle the workload.

Why waste Rts doing all that stuff when we can use his dancing feet to score tries & conserve his energy for attacking plays.

Just because we don't see the flashy stuff from CNK doesn't make him any less important to the team.

What did he do? Lol just 20+ runs for near on 200m.. half the reason our forwards were able to stand up is because of his assistance in getting sets started and getting us going forward. Not to mention he was so safe under the high ball

Lineup is easy, same team next week as tonight.

Honestly, I'd say it's only really Aussie pundits who don't really watch us closely that keep pushing the RTS to FB storyline. Those who watch us closely know that CNK is much more suited to our style. He's also not without a passing game as he was instrumental in the DWZ slingshot move with SJ that was so successful in 2023.

RTS doesn't have a passing game but that is ok. He's an elite running back, probably one of the top 5 wingers in the yardage department. We win the ruck more often than not when RTS/CNK/DWZ are our back 3. Many people forget that RTS was an elite winger at the chooks before coming to us. It's his natural position in many ways.
