We saw more of an attempt at a running game by Luke Metclaf against the Storm. However, have others noticed his reluctance somewhat to run through holes? He tends to slow down to change direction or sidestep. To me, it shows a bit of a lack of confidence and being afraid to get hit.

Getting to a point of the season where Luke now needs to start taking it to the next level. He has just come up against the toughest opponent in the competition and been burned.

She will be a tough outing this weekend against and strong and pretty much a full-strength Broncos side. Luke has to show up and take the game on because this is a game where not a single player can be relied upon.

Put in your best performance in this game, and then I think we can say that Luke is our halfback.

Seriously we need to go into every game with a mentality of earning it and playing hard. We looked so weak against Melbourne and there are way too many players who can stand in the tackle against us.

Unfortunately we have guys in our forwards that can stand offload and do the same
But no one is ever ready for an offload by backing up

Always wondered if things would have worked out different if we had won that first game.

Spent a fair bit of time trying to emulate them, took us 6 years to finally get win over them.

We would have made the finals in our first year with that 2 points. We could have been contenders.

You've seen the team list aye? Many people are speculating how the team may change prior to kick off.

I responded to someone saying Leka might get pushed back to the bench. I said that would be a shame if it happened, and likely Leka would have a big contingency of friends and family who would probably also feel disappointed if that happened.

I think what he's trying to say is ,yes us ,the fans ,the forumers don't know if he's starting or being benched.

Yup. That was my team list before TLT. If it's wet I can't see us playing TMM and Taine. Would mean webby learnt nothing over the last two years.

Pretty sure he will take tmm's spot by the looks. He is highlighted in quite a few of there pre game stuff now. And it's pretty typical of webby to hide his debut untill the last min.

Only downside is that he is a ex hornet player. That's only one up from being a Linwood kea.
