Tbh capewell was gonna be targeted wherever he played- broncos knew he was washed- that’s why he's here.
Maybe u can hide him a bit at center? Or maybe it’ll be worse or most likely it’s just mind games and he won’t play there at all.
At least we’re at home but this is gonna take one hell of a captain’s knock from Barney- if he can lead from the front and the young guys get around him that’s about our best chance imo.

Yeah man everytime I think of bad D dwz pops up which criticism is sometimes warranted sometimes not.
Whether it's kicks behind or just being turned at least like Manu he can score tries and has pace.

Don't mind the team. Just hope Metcalf isn't kicking (although the weather could turn that into a lottery even with 85%+ kickers)...

We've won in a hailstorm, mist and massive rainstorm. No game experience with earthquakes, tornadoes or cyclones yet. There was one time The Rapture was predicted to happen during a game (early 2000s, some US Church thing). Didn't. Think we lost....

Later Edit: Showing signs of RL Dementia, here! In the mist we lost definitely 4-2 to the Storm. And the Rapture was meant to happen in 2011 (look up Harold Camping for details). Pretty sure I'm right on the other two but we got beaten by the Tigers in the midst of another rainstorm a few years back - 2012/13 IIRC which I'm Increasingly Not!

Hope the squad has tucked last week away in a box at the back of the garage and come out firing at home.

This gives me the vibes of Dolphins game at Mt Smart last year. Basically fielding a NSW cup team against a top 4 Dolphins side at the time riding high. Had to bring up MTG, Kosi, etc and had to push DWZ to FB. Ford was the starting front row too that night if memory serves me correct. Started off in the worst possible fashion (10-0 and 16-6 down) but eventually ground the Dolphins into the dust on that wet and greasy night. Crowd brought us home in the end with a couple of dubious calls in our direction for a famous 24-20 win.

Despite our big outs here, the wet weather I think ensures that this is a 1-12 pt game either way. If we turn up with a more committed physical attitude this week, we can activate the Broncos idiot genes and cause a boilover here. Gonna be a tough game but I think we have a chance here. I'm just grateful to not be playing Melbourne this week.
