Not the first time this guy has mentioned this and with him not extended, it seems like it could well be on the money? Would like to think that there’s a good enough relationship between himself and the club that he’s been honest about this so we can prepare accordingly. As much as it would be a disappointment with what he’s shown, I think keeping him fit through the season may always be an issue

In 3 weeks the rumour mill will be going off its head won’t it.

Take it with a grain of salt but Charlie that does the bye round poddy with Jimmy Graham just said he has mail saying Metcalf might be looking at Sydney to be closer to family and more opportunities for other stuff, whatever that means.

I heard this as well but take it with a grain of salt these guys are wrong as often as they are right. Plus they cheerlead a bit too much for their favourite teams (most of the Sydney teams) and kinda can’t conceive anyone wouldn’t play for one of their beloved clubs if given the option- they don’t have a lot of love for NZ- particularly Graham

Reading the articles on Inch to the warriors, they are obviously pretty salty RU. Releasing the news before it's even been fully signed off and announced is telling. Cappy has said the deal isn't even done yet.

The media talk around Metcalf will always be there, until he is off the market. I don't think the decision will be about money for Luke, he has a baby, so will always be a risk he goes to be closer to home. Anyone with a brain cell can assume that.

Garrick would be nice. Such a solid player. A couple notches above Pompey, and would be twice the price. Centres, fullback and 6 are looking like our future weak spots.

Kind of annoying we aren’t the club that leaks happen for now cause we would probably know by now.

Alternatively it’s probably good that nothings been said it would make sense for the agent to release that he is going to test the market to drum up offers from other clubs

Inch could be an elite 13, but exactly what a few have said, his skillset would be wasted there. Also not sure how quick he is to play 1. To be fair, CNK ain't that quick.

Came across under 18s union NZ v Aus 2025 game on YouTube while scrolling, figured Harry Inch might of played in last year's game so searched it out, and indeed he was playing, he played off the bench and was subbed on in about the 50th minute, looked like he was playing fullback, he caught a couple of high kicks under huge pressure in slippery conditions , his defense looked solid as, the few chances he had running he hit the line hard could easily see him making breaks, his kicking was a bit sus but that's because catching the ball on the full in union you can take it on the mark... My breakdown he deserves all the praise he had been getting from union circles and no wonder they disappointed... League would showcase his skillset better, give him more opportunities with ball in hand, I can see him slipping into league with ease

heres the game if anyone wants a look.... dont watch union at all as the scrums and lineouts is like watching paint dry.... he comes on about 50 mins in the game.... the kids def got something about him

Built like a modern 6, skillset of a modern 6.. makes sense for the bulk of warriors fans to want to use him not as a 6 lol.. mould him into the 6 we don’t have imo. Visions of Jett Cleary + Harry Inch halves pairing.

Cant imagine this guy has rejected a likely crusaders contract to play flegg but stranger things have happened I guess
