You think of what Mitch Barnett was like at the Knights and what he's become here at the warriors, just think of what Ford could be like in a few more seasons!

Yeah, something that I didn’t like was his attitude toward the warriors in the past has been poor. He’s made condescending remarks about the club, that’s kind of like the last straw. I would not be going in for him.

Good to see Barnett extending. We have had a lot of short term recruits. At the moment we are getting guys arrive here and shine. Sure that might mean other clubs will inquire about them come contract time but it should also make the Warriors a more appealing prospect when we ask about players interest in coming here.

He is very good, showed a bit of pace there. Made a good decision and delivered a good pass that didn’t result in a try but he did everything right for a young guy. He’d certainly be on my wish list along with Naufahu Whyte and Leo Thompson. Any one of them and I’m on cloud nine
