I hope Nikora gets knocked the F**K OUT
Are you a KIWI or a F**KIN' INBRED MAROON MORON?
This is another thing to disapprove with V'Landys over with his farcical SOO eligibility rules.
It is actually frightening.
The NRL are colonizing and removing New Zealand's sovereignty and the meaning of demarcations at speed.
The appropriation of New Zealand nationals under their countries regional marks is a take over of identity.
There is no respect for flag, none of them paused to ask if they should be treading on our people, nay they charged ahead blithely with singular purpose: Lets take these people because the myth of the highest form of the sport is being threatened by the rise of power in the Pacific International sphere.
And their fears were realised in full when their own code began to fail and whither on its own vines.
Now in this new foul wind, SOO again is the highest form of the game, because it has
taken its best people and placed them and their nations of origin within a hierarchy that returns New Zealand to its former status as a colony of New South Wales and part of Australia.
This empire, never hesitated to consider whether they even had the right to control world rugby league, nor shown any empathy for the impact on it's allied nations.
Flags are now owned by corporations.
This is exactly what the Rugby Union did to the Pacific, and the Kiwis also. Colonized the Islands in sport, taking their best player's and thereby preventing them from ever developing their own competing products.
Jason Taumalolo is a hero, what he did was unexpected, un planned for, and it should have served to protect our (meaning New Zealand's) and his own people's cultural identities, by breaking the chains of the colonizing Australian and New Zealand rugby league masters.
While Kiwis fans cried about it, they were too ignorant to understand what it really stood for.
Thanks to stone that Jason Taumalolo cast into the pool, the ripples will be felt forever -the NRL enshrined the Internationals in a way that ensured they survived (because they were profitable and driving a massive surge in new fans). The NRL could no longer neglect the International game that they had bought out like McDonald's buying Georgie pie then tanking it and selling the iconic $2 pies remade with cheap ingredients at $4 a pop.
If we had of continued on this path, of the NRL owning International league as a vehicle for protecting their origin brand, then eventually tests would have been reduced to a preseason pop up style exhibition All Stars style nonsense stacked heavily in their favor, to ensure the Origin brand is never threatened again by the passion Kiwis and others have for their own flags (somewhat bitterly I say that, because the reality is that many have already been colonized by Origin....fly you fools).
This historic moment brought about by JT in it's turn, saved New Zealand international rugby league by ensuring its audience had a vehicle, and also rebranding the Kiwis as a team that players choose to play for when they have a choice to play for another nation.
State of Origin is evil.
This latest stunt is to ensure our people keep it above our own.
