Support Site Bugs / Feature Requests

If your phone doesnt load things as fast as in this quick video, something is wrong with your:
1) device
2) browser
3) connection

The site should be loading near instant as per this video. All this talk about 8-20 seconds etc is insanity lol

General info for this thread - If you would like me to help, i need as much info as possible. Ie device names, browsers, versions, ability to take screenshots etc. If there is an error i need screenshots or wording of errors. I cant read minds and i cant see through your eyes so please provide as much info as possible.

its similar to that video on laptop. Phone is shit.

are you seeing less traffic on here from NZ members? is it just me and my connection?

I switched off wifi and just using mobile data and still similar.

I'll wait for my son to get home and test on his phone and see if its just my shit phone or not

its something on your phone ie your browser. For gods sake try a diff browser like ive stated a few times. ensure you dont have shit extensions enabled.

normal traffic from nz/au. Ie 65/35 split.

Freaking try a diff browser!

Nothing has changed from what I have been doing for, like, ever though so.....

Took me 5 mins to load this reply because of the bugs. I've tried logging into chrome but it rejects my pw. Starting to think I need a new phone, but it's fine for every other site. Apparently the problem isn't Cloudflare caching if you've turned that off.

Technology changes fast. People would still be using internet explorer/netscape if they took that approach that its all they have used and was working fine previously.

Update(esp security patches) your browsers as often as you do with your operating systems As they become available. Its your primary layer of protection from your emails/bank account details etc.

Reset your pw. Its most likely that you didnt save your updated pw into chrome/google pw manager.

As you are on android it seems, take a screen recording on how long things taje and post on here or email to me at [email protected]

For clarity i keep asking if you have tried in a diff browser to confirm its nothing to do with the browser apps. Im not forcing anyone to use a browser. There is a lot of cases we need to rule out to get to the bottom of the issue.

A lot of underlying data on this site has changed in the past week, so if its just recently become slow, itll most likely be due to your browser cache. I need anyone who reports slow issues to atleast:
1) try atleast two different browsers on the same device
2) try on wifi and mobile ph connection
3) reset cache

provide all this info and results of the above before asking for assistance.

Update, chrome browser on phone is perfect, a thing of beauty. So presume the problem was Samsung browser.
