Tonight probably showed a bit of what could have been. Johnson was out a lot with injuries. The teams form and confidence fell during the season which would have been hard to execute.

His combination with Metcalf looked exciting the last few weeks. tonight looked like what could have been.

Again what could have been as Metcalf was out most of the season.

The decision to retire looks to be the right one. Better to go out on a high. After the season we have this is probably the best send off he could have. Wound the clock back. Better to go out like this instead of pushing on.

Shaun doing things only Shaun can to win it for us. Mr Clutch.

Happy the team and especially the departing players got the win. Seems like a lot of camaraderie for all the chat about AFB not liking SJ etc lol

A+ because it was a good win. We had lots of mistakes and mistackles, but not many would have thought we would win that to begin with nor at half time.

Farewell SJ. Enjoy retirement. Farewell AFB. Farewell Jazz. All 3 will be missed.

A classical game of two halves, we hit the lead early as usual but then fell away as usual.
Somehow we showed some grit and determination to come back and win it for SJ, a great win for us and it's something to build on for next season. We have to be
Proud of the second half Tonight well done.

I looked at the ladder predictor last week and if the Titans and Raiders lost all of their games we could have moved up a few places due to the bye. This was even if we lost our last two games.

When we were up against the Bulldogs it looked like it could get get up the table a bit. We lost and the Raiders won.

This 2 points and the two points next week could have us up a few places.

We don't deserve the 8 but at least with all of the close losses, golden point losses it could look a little better.
We are guaranteed to finish 13th

I think Taine has to be Fb next year and CNK looked quite good at center. Ali will only get better the more he plays.

seemed like webby finally figured out how to use a bench lol. Should be interesting with preseason and what not.

But im not sure with Niukore, been a bit up and down this season. Capewell looked good since origin 2, so hopefully he can have this form at the start.

hopefully we see more young boys get more opportunities as theh can bring some extra edge
