Halves are gonna take some tweaking, can't be moving forward with this as our first choice pairing.

Rather see RTS or Taine at FB, CNK is a centre now if he's on the pitch. Haven't been impressed with his FB play in a long time.

I think we're gonna see a massive loss in AFB, JFH is a good signing but completely different type of player and doesn't have the same impact. Barnett and JFH are very similar players so it'll be interesting to see who provides the impact for us.

Bench use was shocking. Clarke should've been starting at 13 anyway with Barnett at prop.

Coach needs to have a look at his tactics and for once ask where he went wrong and what needs to change. It was so dumb leaving the 2 youngsters on the bench for so long. Time and time again he waits until the game is dead and gone before trying to change anything.

Yeah, he was NEVER the player that his pay packet suggested.

Go watch the Paramata GF and you’ll see. He did absolutely nothing….
Congrats to him for taking us for a skate though. Credit where it’s due.

I’m not interested in his SJ 2023 season
A decent coach would manage him out of the team to save cap and bring a young gun in. Not mastermind Webby.

Does anyone have any theories on what the hell happened to Niukore?

Seriously - bloke is massive, but can't put on a hit and struggles to get any post contact metres. Deadset softie.
I think we're just using him entirely wrong. Stick him on the bench and let him be an impact sub like Leniu. We need it more than ever now given AFB left and Barnett and JFH are very similar players.

This is the team I’d like to see from now on.

AW definitely dropped his bundle in this game!?

I've now seen enough of Jackson Ford for the whole season. Egan was awful, when your eyes are that far apart there's got to be a reason. Bring on Sam Healy

So we have two senior representative props starting the game and co-captaining, not such a great idea when they're both on the bench telling the young gun reserves to wait their turn. On that note, what's the point of bringing on the exciting and talented young forwards with 20-25 minutes to go, are they supposed to save the game..

Marata and Kurt, what can I say, both of you played like imposters! Hope Jacob Laban can grease AW to pick him in the starting lineup..

Coming into the season I was worried where out points would come from.

The focus especially in the early season should have been to be fit, own the middle and defend. Stay in the contest and try and find a way to find points.

The trials it looked like the defence may be an improvement on last year. Some of the tries like the intercept you can't do much about besides chase as you are chancing you arm. The CNK knock on that went off the leg is a bit unlucky.

One of the first half tries off the dummy half break is one you may live with. But if you look at 2023 we'd defend those.

The fact they scored the first time they go into our 20 was the first big worry.
