I watched cup at north Harbour last week and Kali stuck out for me. Give how bad dallin has been lately I would not be concerned about him swapping places if he was eligible, would lose the yardage game but gain strike power and defence couldn't be worse.
If he can stay fit could be a weapon for us in a year or so.
Raiders had a lot of teething issues introducing their young outside backs but man it's sure come good this season. Hopefully we can get some games into Kali at some point over the next few seasons

I agree, but a number of times the players have made amends after Webby was patient and gave them a redemption shot. However I can't help but think it should be the end of the road for DWZ very soon.

Bit risky pushing a small player like Kali up to FG on the wing, and I am not talking about risk to the team, I mean to the athlete.

He is already getting busted up as is. Just my five cents on why he needs time to develop.

It is different to big boned boys like we have pushed up in the forwards, and he is not a veteran of Reggies like Taine who has been hardened and tempered by time despite his small stature.

Scary, with that pack, and Jett and Metcalf running the halves, who will the outside backs be in this what looks like a future dynasty?
I always thought our long term halves pairing would be 7. Jack Thompson 6. Jye Linnane

Jett definitely announced himself on the weekend though. His stats were absolutely bonkers for that game (something like 166 running meters 2 Tries 2 TA 2 LBA). Still need to see more to be fully convinced though. Seen that show and go telegraphed a million times before by him but seemed to work every time on the weekend.

If Luke can stay healthy and we re-sign him 7. Metcalf 6. Thompson could be the goods too

Can't find any info on this? What the heck!
I doubt it’s true. He’s only 18 next year so he wouldn’t be shutting the door on any union future by playing SG ball next year (finishes pretty much before 1st XV season starts anyway)

Unless St Kents have drawn the line which I also doubt.

And if it was to another NRL club that would be big news reported everywhere

The comment was also deleted, so let’s just pretend nothing was said.

The other brother DAngelo is an interesting one because he’s definitely better at union than he is at league.
