General NSW Cup 2025

What's your take on Chong Nee? Hes been a steady riser also!

Not that we need any backrowers.
I think he'll get lost in our plethora of second row talent.

I think he'll see out his Flegg eligibility (i.e. play next year with us) then sign with a club in Aus

He's who I think of immediately when people say we can't keep them all.

He's unfortunately just not good enough for us to keep around imo

If I was Perth I’d look at him for one their 6 development contacts in 2027

Yeah im excited about Ratcliffe and Thompson the most. They were both key in that first championship of matts. They have come up nicely to flegg and are both ahead of schedule.

Norris looks really exciting! I still think we need an NRL ready replacement for kosi. I'm not sure Amituanai is ready to do what's needed to play in the back three just yet.

Kali needs a full season, just cant catch a break! I'm glad they are playing him on the wing nowadays though.

It's also cool to see Vake back! He was great last season. Moi Moi not so much.
Thompson more so.

Thompson has legitimately dominated matches of Flegg (like last week) whereas Ratcliffe has looked very shaky at times. The thing with Ratcliffe is he knows where to be at the right time, but definitely not in same stratosphere in terms of raw talent compared to Thompson and even Lemana.

The try Norris scored in the weekend was one of the best I've seen. I hope they fast track him as an out and out winger. Has genuine speed and great in the air.

Happy to keep around Amituanai on T+T deal to play NSW cup next year. But I don't think he's top 30 or development contract worthy in the next year or so. He's a bit older now (same age as Ali) and doesn't have that game breaking ability. More of a safe and steady winger. I'd prioritise Norris over him.

Yeah Vake goes under-discussed on this forum. He's one of our best prospects for sure.
