that's sad would of been happier to watch him get another run especially since we used him as a glorified pressure sponge in he fleeting moment kind of feels like he deserved a chance also.

He'll get plenty more exposure to first grade. It's good to stagger his time and it will benefit his NSW cup form I suggest.

I like that our club has a plan for these kids that overrides the top sides needs and overrides a good debut run.

I love the way we have a paint by numbers development formula, as opposed to a use and abuse set up.

The problem with what Fans want is that Fans want coaches to pick players when they are doing well, then not pick them when they struggle.

This is the reason that young athletes fail in professional sports....pressure created by form and expectation.

The only way to remove that pressure is to stand people down after a good performance. Then they understand their role in an organization is not just short term results oriented, and at their age it shouldn't be short term results based if you want to teach them they have long careers ahead of them.
