I've signed up with Bar TV and I'm currently watching the South Coast Grand Final 2nd Grade so things work.
I'm watching on Chrome and want to cast to my Sony Brevia but am only getting the Bar TV Logo.
Anything I'm doing wrong/overlooking?

Scratch this. Most websites want you to cast from their website, it seems, not from Chrome/Whatever browser. I was clicking "Cast, save and share" from the Chrome menu.
Clicking the Cast Icon on the bottom of the feed did the trick.

I don't know why SKY SPORT?? is chock full of crap D grade sport mostly womens sport that very few watch I've never heard women talking up womens ruggers or league .. which really is pretty B grade ...like going watch my local rural towns footy actually that would be an upgrade .. FFS !!
