On nrl website, next week 2 teams play, thats it, 1 game.

the week after that 2 teams play in the grand final?

Last week and this week, 4 teams play?

Is it a top 5 format as the Bears (1st) didnt play last week, but play this week?

is next week like a 3rd place play off? Im stumped trying to figure it out

The game we played today was a minor semi final which we won. There is a major semi later this evening between the Bears and Rabbitohs. Whoever loses that game we play. Winner goes straight to the final.

It's basically the top 5 format from the 90's before they moved to 20 teams.

Week 1
2 vs 3
4 vs 5 (elimination match)

Week 2
1 vs winner of 2 vs 3 (winner goes straight to gf)
Loser of 2 vs 3 vs winner of 4 vs 5 (elimination match)

Week 3
Loser of week 2 Game 1 vs winner of game 2 (elimination match for GF spot)

Week 4
Grand Final
