Everyone just assumes that we will be the casualties if either Penrith or Broncos force themselves into the four. I'd say there's a chance that it comes at the expense of Melbourne instead. Especially if Hughes is out for the season.

Even Hughes out could mean they drop this game and a few more in the next 7 weeks, means we could sneak ahead of them and make top 2...

So he'll likely be back week 1 of finals then. Assming it's the same as rocco's prognosis. And his looked worse IMO.

- significant damage/joint unstable: reconstruction surgery & 3+ months

They have a harder draw than us, if they dropped 3 games, we could still lose to them and get 2nd.

Doesnt sound great for Jahrome. Shoulder wont go back into the socket so they have to call am ambulance.

Agree but if we don't beat them, we would need to have 2 more wins than the dogs in the final stretch to get 2nd given their superior p/d. Could happen but I wouldn't bet my house on it. Dogs like us have an uncanny ability to eke out wins. Much easier path to 2nd if we beat them at Accor.
