Who has been better?

Like I said they've been good, but not better than everyone by "a mile". Lots of flukey last minute wins against the Warriors, Broncos, Bulldogs, Roosters etc. Even struggling this 1st half against an Eels without Moses.

I reckon Penrith are still better. Even, the sharks before their origin drop off were better.
