Talk on NRL360 about Dolphins or Roosters. Now Manly calling Fox they will give him two years.

The Roosters is interesting. Fits with their long term history signing big names. They have lost their transit lounge tag and it fits similar to when they got Cronk for a few years to end his career. If they got him they'd likely get another few big names as well to turn around their loss of experience and put themselves back in a position to challenge for a title.

The talk was back in the day the Stewarts, Watmoughs etc were off him as they all agreed to take unders to try and win a premiership.
DCE was opposite and got every ounce he could which is his right.
Surely after a rich long term contract he’s not leaving the club that’s looked after him for a bit more cash.

Bellamy is probably feed up with him injuring his own team mates. It seems to happen a bit.

Bellamy also likes his forwards disciplined and gives them a defined role. What's NAS's role create chaos in short bursts through penalties and mistakes?
 
The rumour mill is in full swing currently in regards to Dylan Brown.

Drums are beating for Parra to release him this year to the Knights.

Knights are keen and are offering as many as 3 players to get off their books for this season to free up the money to get Brown across.

Hastings is the big sticking point, he’s taking up the most coin out the players they want gone but nobody wants him

Man that was a shady deal from DCE. Signing with no intention to go there, only did it in an effort to put pressure on Manly.

I don't think there were cooling off periods back then but there would have been some sort of clause that allowed him to break it.

Seems like he has done it again in a way. Publicly saying he will leave, Manly publicly said they would offer him a deal within 30 mins of the article going live.

Yeah with that history he seems like a dork. Watmough and those old manly boys were pissed at him big time. He was seen to be very selfish and I can't help but look at his move now as just that. Look at SJ, he stayed with us for unders, he wanted the club to do well after he had received good money for so long. Makes me appreciate SJ even more.

DCE has only ever stuck his neck out for himself.

There’s definitely something about him. Rumours of the Queenslanders not wanting him to begin with.
I’m thinking Cam Smith, Cronk….
Also rumblings about issues with the Turbos.

Now suggestions there are issues with Seibold. DCE wouldn't be the first though.

I hope he goes to the Dolphins.

They have regressed terribly this year and already look to be in a shootout for the spoon.

DCE at 7 and Katoa at 6 would be a pretty sweet pairing. A definite upgrade on a combination that includes either Nikorima or SOS
 
He has put Manly in the position of having to stump up with a better offer for him or getting rid of him or letting him go which would make them look bad. I think this will back fire and it will come out eventually what he is really like. It is true however that Manly won't be the same without him for a while at least.
