That is the game plan. Shaun would get lambasted if he wasn't playing to the plan.
Cohesion isn't great and that can be attributed to Shaun sure, but playing to the plan is not his fault.
Well if the game plan was executed better i wouldn't include him in the blame game mate. They all deserve a serve. SJ can get it too.

I'm still a believer but only just, a lot is going to ride on who comes in to fix the problem areas next week - RTS needs to be there but where ? would you play him at 5/8 as a hail mary, or get him out to the wing or (can you say it) to fullback ? - this is the 'timing is everything axis', other questions ensue...; and then there's the second row, we need a reliable runner in there, and Ford's not it - this is the 'take the advantage while you have it' axis... Zyon Maiu’u, Laban, or even Halasima. And a second option, the 'you weren't expecting that' axis, can we please have a look at Taine for 6, as the Lord's prayer?

And you put that all down to Curran? I disagree entirely but we'll never know so have to agree to disagree.

Well you tell me? Do you see any energising / ball playing attacking players out wide?

I don't put anything down to a single player. But your style of play is dictated by the players you select.

After 9 matches we are unable to breakdown opposing defence in the 20. It's the style of play.

I finding it tough this last month eh, just seems like someone keeps punching my heart out. We’ve all been here before but I’d hoped last years form had stuck round a little bit longer. I really struggle to see how we’ve dropped so far so quickly, last months team is unrecognisable compared to last year

We needed to shelve the block plays 2nite. Block plays in those conditions are always fucking hard cause you cant get the crispness or timing, of passing or catching..... just end up going sideways which is easy D.

Problem is, apart from block plays and short interchange passes from our forwards with Addin on the crash, dont think ive seen anything else in the Webster play book (dont get me wrong and as unpopular as it may be atm, i still think the general tactics of field position is the right one as we're not a team with a lot of strike.....and if your not a team with strike then structure is your go to). Compounded also by the fact for whatever reason we dont run shape out our left edge,,,,,,starting to agree with other posters in that whats the point of TMM? May as well put a mobile backrower there who can tackle and run a hole. Not all his fault but was watching TMM and their were times he couldve stamped his mark......SJ went for a show n go on the 3rd right of the uprights which opened up the left.......that was his time to demand the ball, organize his runners, but he stood back.....Egan even looked for him but he was nowhere......ended up having to do a 360 pass to Chanze on the right who had nothing on.

That said you can have all the variation in the world but if u keep serving up what we did the first 15 minutes with all the errors and piggyback penalties, then we're no chance. And the real concerning thing is apart from recognizing this every week our coaches cant seem to recitfy it......it keeps happening,

Terrible game really, and enduring Blockers dribble didnt help any.
