Do we need to start looking at Martin in the halves
I didn't mind us stealing the win at Campbelltown. Wests fan are very annoying. But I have a soft spot for the Knights. They've had a shit year and their fans are very lovely people. The people who run this podcast also love the wahs too and give us love every chance they get. So I had no joy watching them feel this pain. We have been here so many times before as well in the past

Poor bastard, thought he was home 3 times

All of the top 4 teams had a bit of a scare.

The Raiders survived it the best and the worrying part for them was mainly restricted to the first half.

The Storm lost.

Like us the Bulldogs had to do it late.

I know there was a lot of dicussion before the game about their situation. Putting a score on would have been great. But like a lot of people said there are no easy/given games in this competition.

I think that game really highlights the level of competition the NRL is. You can be 20% shitter than you usually are (like we were) and if the other team is 20% better than they usually are (like they were) you can get your pants pulled down.

I thought we had a few really harsh calls against us, particularly the 1st half but we also had enough out there to win, but we just couldn't finish off our opportunities. A few more penalties and errors in there that we usually give away, which compounds the problem.

I thought Tannah was largely very good apart from struggling to ice the game at the end. 2 forced drop outs, a try assist and 4 goals, I thought he directed us well. The problem is, we need others to step up and help and make the play. Thought Chanel had his worst game of the year, and Egan was pretty quiet besides his try/no try.

These kinda games happen. Flush it and move on.

Clark again was great through the middle.

Pompey isn't a lot of peoples favourite. I like him as he's reliable. He doesn't make any unforced errors. He typically keeps his opposite queit. We have been chopping and changing the right centre all year and he's been a constant out on the left.

Vaimauga has been good off the bench. When we are just grinding through sets and not looking dangerous his offloads help give us something to play off. A good try today.

Stowers-Smith it was good to see him used early instead of being held back until late in the game. Good to see another player getting more experience.

That was our Xavier Coates moment,

Individual try of the year, he’s won the rookie of year

I was so confused and OMG 😆 That was Final Destination domino

Cape went off with sore knee, Pompey to the right and Leka ended up on the right for Marata instead of playing 80 on the left? And Hastings charged down Boyd again after missing 3 already

Seen too many players miss like this and went on to be clutch after, and vise versa, we will know which one Boyd is later. I don’t blame CHT for not taking any shot, we all know what happens when he takes shots
