Leka was hard out in this game from the jump….Leka back to the bench. For maximum impact, where’s his footwork gone just running straight at defenders like everyone else in the team.
He’ll be a very good 80 min back rower very soon I just think we need to slow the process down a little bit and let him do his thing. One of the most dynamic runners of the ball when he’s on.
50 destructive mins a week.
We should give some credit too our NSW cup coach for tuning up these new guys - they just slot inYoung Laban showed why he is regarded tonight. In aerial contest, you have to back him. Must have been a basketballer.
was watching kiwi nrl podcast the other day, and they mentioned something about the glory hole, fletch and hindy making comments about our capewah being able to run through a hole but not a gloryhole?? (whatever that is, does anyone know what they're talking about? as our capewah is untouchable! he dah man.On a side note. Capewell earned an origin jersey tonight. Pretty much dominated Farnworth all night, while playing out of position

He's pulling off some good individualistic plays. He is a good player. I just think he's playing the wrong position. Our attack is poor. 11 rounds in and we are still struggling to convert despite dominating through our forward pack. Read back through the GameDay threads, I'm not the lone ranger on that. I'm hoping he does develop because we have obviously backed him to be the seven. The fact we are winning is granting a fair bit of leeway from many I think.
Probably some Aussie perverts got that from watching porn.was watching kiwi nrl podcast the other day, and they mentioned something about the glory hole, fletch and hindy making comments about our capewah being able to run through a hole but not a gloryhole?? Fair call, like they did have 60 something percent possession in the second half, they should have been able to get some points prior to the last 8 mins. Its just the easy out I'm sure we do it as wellI'm going to use this game as an example, but it applies to lots of other games in this scenario.
We knock it on, it's an egregious call for sure but in our 20m. The Dolphins had a whole set and 80m to defend the error and couldn't as we scored. They are absolutely fed square up calls in our half the whole second half to the tune of 9-2. They aren't good enough to capatilise on any of those square ups, due to good defence from us and poor attack from them. So at what point is the knock on squared up? Only when they score, despite being given leg up after leg up with ample opportunity.
It doesn't really make much sense does it, to say the try we got was the difference?
All seems a bit silly to me, and that goes not just for this game but any game where this scenario appears.
Gough had a shocker both ways I thought - I get sick of square ups, the 'managing the game' shit, and he was calling a lot of very quick 'holding down' ruck infringements - we were the better team, they didn't really threaten our line until that last 10I'm going to use this game as an example, but it applies to lots of other games in this scenario.
