Game day after a long overdue bye.
Conditions should be good for excellent ruuuugba leyyyygeh…

Wahs need a great platform which our forward pack (that’s FINALLY healthy) will give us. I’m interested in our defence and our Ability to roll through the middle.

If the Wahs are a credible premiership threat, we need to squeeze the life and spirit out of the cows minute by minute and keep them locked in their half.

Field position, limited errors, accuracy and intensity.

Basically, today I want to see a clinic from our guns with us running over the top of them and piling on some points in the final quarter after we have bashed them into submission.

Cows are overrated, time to show why we should be feared.

I’m picking Egan for a try today with a sniping run, and a checky one on Niukore.

Wahs by 13+ and a statement to the comp that we are back in business.

Actually if Barney and Wade play great games today onwards ... may lose them to origin as starters.. well deserved if they do..

There is a great incentive for a lot of players to pull finger, as there are a bunch of younger guys pulling at the bit in the reserves.
I think a rested Tahu will be out to prove a point, as will AFB.
A lot of the team have been playing busted, so a chance to get back on the Warriors bus.

Bookies still favouring Cowboys, I'm reasonably confident though. Cowboys are no slouches, but I think most of our issues were down to injuries/exhaustion and we really lost all of those games bar the dragons by 1 try or less. Apart from missing SJ we've got every reason to win today.

Hard one to predict.
Two fairly even teams.
When the Cows play well you have to pull out an A+ game to be victorious.

Also we have no idea what Warriors side turns up today, so I get the TAB going with the more consistent option in the Cows.

I just hope we play very well, at the end of the day I have enjoyed the past two games, so I have some mental reserves to cope if we don't get them.

On the surface of things, it feels like a game where one side is going to be off their game today (patchy form from both) and one of us is going to get a hiding.
