I don't want to sound harsh but I think we can all agree that Kosi's time as a first grade winger with us should be finished after tonight. I think I would prefer Kurt Capewell playing on the wing over Kosi or practically anybody else in the squad. His handling is nowhere near good enough, he is slow and his confidence is terrible especially after making an error. I don't see him being a big aerial threat either. In reserve grade you can get away with some of those deficiences. Not first grade. Webster will know it.

I don't even think DWZ is the answer on that wing either long-term. He has got slower this year before the leg injury.

For the next game we either need to put TT on the wing or Capewell to centre and Pompey to wing. Neither option is optimal but much better than what we had tonight.

I rate Berry though. I think he is going to get better and better each game back.

If anything is going to stop us this year it is going to be the handling, skill and pace of our backline.

This is our best backline imo(fully fit)
need to go market for a winger to replace dallin

JFH is mine. He has no punch at all. Gets smashed easily, And has zero aggression on dee. Gets driven back most times.

NRL physio: Re Metcalf, most comparable one I can think of mechanism wise was Jonah Pezet last year (though Pezets was more brutal). That obviously ended up ACL hence my concern here

On a positive note we won the second half and that will give us some momentum for the next match. Good character by the team and I thought TMM played with a lot of determination and also Roger is in very good nick at the moment.

That was just poor all round. The ref was awful, the team was awful and Kosi, I'm not sure is first grade standard. The slide has started and I don't see how we get out of it

Roger provide far more attacking threat at full back than CNK.

I agree that Leiatua needs to be there if fit.

If Roger is on the wing I would love for Berry to be the centre on that side. Berry is the only centre we have that can truly set up his winger and Roger needs that kind of centre.

I think Webster would go with this team if fully fit.

If we had some better wingers I would also play RTS at full-back (depending on the opposition) but then we have two weak wingers and Webster's not going to do that.

If RTS is at the back it means CNK is probably at centre and then one of Leiataua/Berry misses out and TT/Pompey/DWZ are the wingers and we become weaker.

They have different dynamics CNK and Roger.
Both benefit the team.
Just depends on who you prefer.
