Personally I would have like to see half of 2024 season first. I fully believe our future is with Webster but I do think coaches can have a random good year.

There was someone on here (with all due respect) that said that NRL will never let us win a Premiership no matter what and I completely understood his sentiment and reasons why but I disagree. What Webster did with our team in his inaugural season with us was extremely promising. We will win a Premiership within that 5 year window. You can all leave a brown paper bag on fire full of dog shizz on my doorstep if we don’t, I’ll just hose my feet off and accept I’m not Nostradamus…..you heard it here first.

Best Ceo we have had by some distance despite all his detractors.

In his tenure the club survived off shore, signed a lot of great players, turned around a losing system, sold out Mt Smart, jumped on the WAHs viral movement....he is bloody good at his job.

And he got Webster, and now has locked him in, the guy is a genius no joke.

It just goes to show how screwed up things have been at the Warriors that - at best as of now - Andrew Webster will see out 2028 and it will have been his sixth season and only Ivan Cleary’s lasted as long.

Looking forward to more Septembers where our biggest bitching session is about the quality of our seats for the Mt Smart final!
