Personally, I think Labour is far better at post-election negotiations than National and they've learnt to only enter a coalition with parties very close to their policies and have "confidence and supply" (C&S) agreements with those too far away from them.Wouldnβt need the Moari party with labour and greens. Nobody saw that coming in 2017 either
I can see Labour having a coalition with the Greens (but not allowing the coalition agreement to include things too far "to the left") and only having a C&S agreement with the mΔori Party... to distance themselves from the more extreme policies of the mΔori Party. I can't see them entering into a coalition with both and let the two minor parties dictate as much as National did at the last election with NZ First and ACT.
