Tomkin Taylor did the report into the effects of climate change that went with the iRex Resource Consent Application where they said the seawall protecting a wharf and terminal designed to last 100 years would only accommodate at lease 50 years of sea-level rise. It was a colossal waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and before you say that the report says the "climate change is considered less than minor" that is about the effect the terminal and wharf would have on the climate change... not the effect the rising sea levels caused by climate change would have had on the project.
