The last few decades have already happened. It's done. And there's no sign of this stopping. My family home has increased in value by at least 50% in the last 6 years. I was only able to get into this house because of intergenerational wealth. I work about as hard as the next guy in my job, and do good things in the community when I can. My wealth, such as it is, is not particularly deserved, and is not the product of especially hard work. My story is standard.Of course it’s risk taking however not one I agree with. I think people are delusional if they think we’re going back to the HPI growth rates we saw over the last few decades.
