Norway's Tax Experiment: A Costly Exodus - IMGlobal Wealth

Congratulations btwI never was told the score
Went in, sat the test, got accepted. Cut off was 98th percentile
To be completely honest, I did it during a period of low self esteem, and seeing whether I would get accepted was something I had long thought about and decided I wanted to prove something to myself

Why implement something proven to be a failure?
End of the day, picking on 10% and distributing it to 90% sounds like perfect policies but it just ain’t fair and the picked on have the means to go somewhere they are appreciated, instead of being seen as a piggy bank to raid.
What the fuck? You some sort of economic lecturer all of a sudden haha. Capitalism, free market, call it whatever you want. I studied micro & macro economics so long ago I can barely recall which was which. But surely you can answer that very, very, very easy question right?
