Yep, I'm not a Green voter but it was a good bill to close that loophole that allowed child abuse. The fear-mongering politicising of it was the main problem.Sue Bradford was a list Green party member who invoked the no smacking bill.

More like your intimate partners pressuring youBeing in that article it mentions sexual coercion as being pressured in a non physical way, does that include drugging?
My wife says I spend all offseason talking total shit about things I know nothing about until I can start talking shit about the Warriors again. She keeps me grounded.Hard to tell sometimes with you![]()
Just wondered with it not requiring violence to take advantage of a passed out female. Wonder what category drugging or alcohol over consumption fall into?More like your intimate partners pressuring you
People wanting rights are behind it I guess. The good old days was 6 o'clock swill and home to beat the wife & kids who had no escape because there was no DPB. Holy shit, maybe the patriarchy really is the problem? There has been a significant reconfiguring of society
Pro: Solo parenting; mass immigration, pro multi-ethnicity, mental health dealt with in the community, working mothers, etc.
All a significant change from ‘the good old days’ trying a social experiment that’s altered what worked well in the past.
Are we overall better off with these liberal individual rights, even though there’s high profile people that fall through the cracks?
All not really voted on either. Who’s behind this agenda @Worried2Death?
So convincing them to be prostitutes and single mothers is the solution? False dichotomyPeople wanting rights are behind it I guess. 1. He said love your enemy and turn the other cheek. Are you going to become a pacifist conscientious objector? Two major things lead to my reconsideration of the church this year.
1. The most common phrase in the bible is “Do Not Be Afraid” and I then I realised Jesus is the OG motivational speaker.
2. 25% of all pregnancies are aborted and not a single abortion has ever been needed to save a life woman’s life.
I'd say whoever owns Onlyfans is the culprit there. Prostitution was rife in the New Testament, rabbi Yesu loved them.So convincing them to be prostitutes and single mothers is the solution? False dichotomy
Both. The science stuff I'm reading doesn't eliminate it. Some functions of the church and faith seem incredibly useful. From counselling to therapy even confession have tangible psychological benefits. Even the dam parables were good lessons for children to learn when growing up.Yeah maybe we do need fear of gods for social engineering, wish there was a better way. The Enlightenment in Europe was a rejection of medieval superstition though, before that it was pretty grim under the yoke of popes and Enquisitors. Have you taken the leap of faith to believe in the religion or are you just coming around to it as a tool of social control?

Off season has no limitations on here.My wife says I spend all offseason talking total shit about things I know nothing about until I can start talking shit about the Warriors again. She keeps me grounded.
Could all be true. But do you believe that Jewish troublemaker was a messiah who rose from the dead? Both. The science stuff I'm reading doesn't eliminate it. Every bad thing I learnt about the church turned to be a lie ( apart from the paedo thing). Conquest of South America was benevolent, the Aztecs were horrific (Cortez story is wild (600vs1m). Same with Africa, and most other places they went. From human sacrifice to cannibalization , the church fought to eliminate this. Even the Crusades was to pacify the Muslims and Jews who were up to to much mischief.
Matthew 5:38-401. He said love your enemy and turn the other cheek. Are you going to become a pacifist conscientious objector?
2. Need a source on none of them being necessary to save the mother's life
That of course is the hard partBut do you believe that Jewish troublemaker was a messiah who rose from the dead?
What do you do if someone slaps youMatthew 5:38-40
38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’[a] 39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well.
You take the meaning of this to be that you are never to fight?
Seems like a pretty vital part of the religion mate. Otherwise it's just another set of values, as you say. That of course is the hard part
If you slap @MrFrankWhite in a dream you better wake up and apologizeWhat do you do if someone slaps you
Not now he's a christian, he'll give me his shirt and let me slap him againIf you slap @MrFrankWhite in a dream you better wake up and apologize
