Because the cancer, well more the treatments after, effected Shayleen's metabolism, she found she couldn't tolerate a lot of gluten. The best answer for her was gluten free Vogels bread... not as nice as regular Vogels but she found it better than other gluten free breads.We have a local Bakers Delight. The woman who runs it is just an absolute honey.

Five slices of bread I ve had today see if my weight goes up all dark rye today.
Then she was told to try sourdough bread. We found for her the darker the better and she decided that some of the nicest are those with the hardest crusts.
