Well the added sugar to MCD is interesting!
Why do they do that?
Their product is bad without added sugar.

Good to see you keeping Door Dash Uber eats and Menulog peeps contracted.

I m not sure you will find much healthy in takeaway food delivery. Also most operators don’t even use an insulated bag meaning the food is soggy on arrival

The Sugar is added to the Mcdonalds buns purely because Sugar is addictive, that is the only reason for it.

Next time you eat one of their burgers note the very slight sweet taste of the bun, it is most noticeable in their mixture for Fillet o fish buns and their cheese burger buns.

My delivery takeaway meals work because I only eat once a day, a habit from childhood when there was only one meal a day in our house at night time.

We used to go home for lunch during the school years to avoid embarrassment in the play ground for having no food to eat.

So if I have Nandos that is a eight hundred Calorie day total..

If I have Chinese that is a nine hundred Calorie day total.

If I have Sushi It is a five hundred Calorie day.

If I have Subway Teryaki Avocado it is under 1000 calories.

I have been living on deliveries for seven days now and have lost Six Kilos, because by default I am on a severe Calorie restriction, an intermittent fasting window of twenty three hours and I am in Keto five days out of seven (Sushi brings me out of Ketosis).
.
I am going to try living on takeaways of the healthy kind once I find more varied food options that can be delivered already prepared.

In the mean time I am happy to have my delicious delivered once a day meal till I lose twenty Kilos, then I will slow down the weight loss and take it more steadily.

My only super power in this weight issue is being bred for starvation. Hunger is nothing to me when I focus, I lived for seventeen years being constantly starving and malnourished due to extreme poverty.

I imagine eating 3 times a dat is a modern trend.
But maybe they say breakfast is most important because it's a hangover of the days when manual labour was the norm.
And in those days working hard , you probably needed 3 meals to stay afloat.
Kids eat Breaky morning tea lunch afternoon tea then dinner then maybe dessert.
Being young this makes sense , lots of food in small doses lots of the time.
But for adults. 1 meal seems right.
Navvies in the UK were fed a diet of beef and beer and they were some of the best engineers around.

As somebody who has always struggled with weight, and still does not know the magic formula, one thing I do know, is that starvation is not a good idea. I wish you well though.

Yes I realise it is ineffective in the long run and not recommended for normal dieting.

My situation as far as weight gain is abnormal, I am battling against side effects of things like steroids etc.

All I know is my metabolic system is wrecked by treatment for another condition and I have limited choices.

Stomach stapling is out, too risky. Exercise is out.

I have to lose fifty Kilos.

So after lots of failed diets (I gain weight anyway when I am eating the likes of weight watchers because of a medical issue) I decided I am going to lose the only way I have not tried and that is to combine three strategies at once.
