Seems like he is going which obviously could mean we are close to announcing a signing, probably NAS.

He was a good servant to the club as they say though bro, whether you liked him as a player or not he always put in the hard yards, personally I think he gets more negative comments than he deserves.

Should have been playing Lock. Look how effective he is as a Prop in cup, should have been a ball playing hard running defensively sound Lock forward.
Who would have thought he would outlast the great Ronald Volkman! And the club had to take him to get Volkman here! 😂

If RTS is looking to extend, I would definitely shift him to FB for AKP to play left wing and CNK play Right centre for the remainder of his contract.

I know there was talk on here potentially about either Linnane or Inch playing full back, but have we heard any chat from the club around plans for full back moving forward. It's such a key position, and while Roger would be an improvement over CNK at least, surely there's some kind of plan or ideas for the future?
Would be good to see what their plans with both Linnane and Inch are at least.

So:
RTS

AKP
Pompey
CNK

Looks solid. Slow in the centres, but good defensively. Pompey would feed AKP admirably - if he just set up AKP and made that his focus could be interesting. Does CNK serve us better at centre than at FB? Was RTS really that good at FB for Toa? Or is just that Kini made CNK look 'yesterday' and seeing RTS at FB again got people nostalgic? I didn't think RTS was outstanding - just solid. ARM similar to CNK? RTS can beat a man better than CNK, but I don't see him beating anyone in a foot race either. I'm not opposed to seeing RTS start at FB, I just don't believe it's in the overall game plan next year with the personnel we've got. 3 first grade FBs plus TMM - I think RTS is cover but wing will be his possie - that said injury often blows any of our plans out of the water lol

Anyone know the contract status of Meihana Pauling? Fullback/Wing for SG Ball last year but after their season was complete he played for Gold Coast. The reason I ask is a young fella I know was talking about how awesome his combo with Bishop Neal was when playing Union together.

TT likely broke his leg and Roger is an upgrade of CNK and he has awareness to throw Walsh like passes, just couldn’t execute cuz he hasn’t trained that ever, I’d play him until we have someone like Kini ready

And we have 5 wingers fighting for 2 spots and 2 centres who struggle to stay on the field, CNK should just take the centre spot until he’s injured or outplayed

Looking back at the 2025 season I don't think the Warriors got it right with Morgan Harper. We had extreme injuries at centre yet he was never played in first grade despite him training hard and putting in a top effort in reserve grade. This was not good values by the Warriors, next time don't bring in such a player who isn't wanted in the first place. But once you do bring him in you play him when injuries dictate. He would have been ok not spectacular but ok. Lesson for future years I hope.
I hate to be a debby downer but he was bang average in cup as well. He might have trained hard but it didnt warrant a call up to first grade basis cup form and would have to disagree the club got it wrong (other then maybe bringing him over?)
