While there’s name suppression nobody knows anything.

He could have some completely different crusade (eg might be the Tonkin and Taylor engineer that heckled Winston)

Or it could be a paid up green member that simply couldn’t make the protests when they were on - the fact he’s trying to distance himself from the protests suggests he’s trying to protect the Greens…

Who knows until the his name and background comes out.

Hard right. Climate change deniers. Liars. Corporate greed. Stealing power and destroying the environment for their mates.

That's this government. This is the right. This is who they are.

Why would you even have a survey like that? What does on track mean to each of those respondents? Wouldn't a better worded question have been something like 'Do you think there is a place for violence in our political system?'
I assume "on track" means very different things to TPM and ACT voters, if they're going to be the two main protagonists of the political violence.

Anti-science? Within the last six years, scientists have shown that methane breaks down in the atmosphere far faster than what had been calculated in the late 1800's.... which is how the Greens say it should be measured.

The unfortunate thing is that the science isn't as "settled" as the Greens would have you believe. They want us to accept all climate science.... except for that which contradicts their view. Methane breaks down between 7-12 years.... CO2 takes between 500-2000 years. I wonder which gas will have a more devastating effect on the climate?

And before you "blame" the right, this is from an article when the "left" were in power...

Oh, in worse news than that.... the more CO2 in the atmosphere, the faster methane breaks down.

It would also be interesting to understand why our oceans surface temperature is rising at a faster rate than the rest of the world. Surely we aren't causing so much pollution compared to the big 4 countries that we are getting adverse readings to those elsewhere on the globe?

Reminiscent of messages that have been coming out of America regarding civil wars and the like over the last 5 or so years

Thank Christ for that. I'm sick of having to put my wetsuit on to swim at Back Beach in the middle of summer.

Do you think New Plymouth could be the GC of NZ if it warms up a bit.? Some real cheap property here if you think it's a go.
