The protests at Peters house go on for hours, sometimes until 10pm and have been going on for 18 months. They use loudhailers and banged pots, it’s alleged someone tipped red paint over the white paint of Peters’ porch. Stuck stickers on the house at night, to be found by its occupants the next morning and shared Peters’ home address online to encourage others to come.
It had long ago crossed from protest into intimidation. Protest is designed to sway opinion by drawing attention . The events weren’t getting media attention. It was pure intimidation.
And it’s not only happened at Peters’ house but also at the Prime Minister’s, who claims he’s been targeted as late as 11pm and as early as 4am.
I’m glad Chloe’s under pressure atm. This isn’t democracy and she is in a leadership position to stop all this BS.

I recall your pessimism yesterday regarding the attack on his home not being politically motivated. I’m pessimistic that someone like Peters would be silent for 18 months with such things going on outside his home

Like the air that he gave the parliament protesters that he was willing to meet with. Can’t forget the amount of taxpayer money spent over the years in the courtroom on behalf of Winston, he’s not unwilling to kick up a stink which is why I think this comes across as disingenuous

Agree, the master has snookered the protesters like school kids.
Guarantee the glass didn’t even go all over the dog! Checkmate move by the wily fox.
Still it’s garbage that protesters can bash pots and pans at 10pm to film a social media video while he’s not home and the neighbours kids are trying to get to sleep. The worst kind of political theatre.

Rubbish too that the young girl on one NZ ads has been taken off the air for him suggesting she gave out his address when it turns out it was available all the time. Politics is a dirty game

I would have thought that most dogs would be up and barking at any potential intruder. Unless of course he had fallen asleep after having a shifty in the liquor cabinet.

Hard to understand why you would give up the USP of being GE free to cheapen your produce in a saturated market place.
I don't get it.
People are afraid of GMO. Why do it? rhetorical, we know why, the universal why, someones lining their pockets.

What’s the concerns about genetically modified foods? Most food is nothing like it’s original, via selective breeding to genetically modify towards positive traits.
GM just speeds this natural process up by targeting favourable traits - bigger size, peat resilience, etc.
Dozens of reputable long term studies have been done and so far, there’s no reliable scientific evidence that approved GM foods cause illness in humans.
In fact if foods are more pest resilient, we can use LESS pesticides, etc.
