What’s the concerns about genetically modified foods? Most food is nothing like it’s original, via selective breeding to genetically modify towards positive traits.
GM just speeds this natural process up by targeting favourable traits - bigger size, peat resilience, etc.
Dozens of reputable long term studies have been done and so far, there’s no reliable scientific evidence that approved GM foods cause illness in humans.
In fact if foods are more pest resilient, we can use LESS pesticides, etc.

A burglar that breaks into a politician’s home and doesn’t steal anything but leaves a note. During a political protest
after seeing Winnie scoring political points, I am not surprised that they wish to state they weren’t part of the protest, denying Winnie of political ammunition
Some on here want to take the intruder on their word. Good luck to them. Given the intruder has already committed a crime, I’d adopt of a bit of pessimism as to whether they can be trusted. Particularly if the crime has a different punishment

I smell something is wrong with the entire episode. A dog that just sits while an intruder/burglar smashes a window covering the dog with glass doesn't ring true with me. I feel Winnie is milking this for political gain.

A lot of negativity to start with. Remember the talk that banning cell phones will increase teachers workloads, be a distraction from them teaching and put them in a difficult position having to police it.... And yet none of that has been a problem. Been a lot of good common sense decisions made in education and you are right, if any other future governments don't try and muck it up in the coming years, we will see the benefits coming through in the decades to come.

Welcome to the real world. Seems like a weird note after trespassing and breaking his window. Sounds very vengeful. One would have to think it's related to either Bussy or Gaza. Once the interim name suppression comes off I guess we will get a better indication. Whatever political points Winston gets from this is a minor consideration when the fact is somebody has gone in to our foreign ministers private home address and done this.
