Two questions here Wrighty (and sorry if someone has already mentioned these).
1. For your point above
- One of your hodges players has had a stoush with the owner or coach, insert random reason for trouble at the mill, unless you play a fine of $X you will forfeit the player as he wants to walk out on you
In that case if the player walks out on he is presumably breaking his contract. Does the amount you bid on him go back to your war chest? I imagine it would.
2. For your point above
- Breaking the rules equals an infraction. Three infractions equals disqualification. There is a green card that negates one infraction handed out for exemplary sportspersonship
Would ignoring a directive from Chris Hodges count as breaking a rule or is this set in stone that if we don't do what he asks what he said will happen will happen?
For example, if a Hodges player was to walk out if we don't select X player in the 17 and we don't want to give in to that player power, could the Hodges player break their contract and walk out or could we force them to stay? (most people would not want that player in their squad if they don't want to be there, but just curious how that would play out).
