People can say the same about internationals or even premiership games. Its a different game now to years ago.
Look at the NRL, It used to be a lot more even with at least five or six consistent sides, now days it is two or three super teams, the rest are miles behind.
No wonder they cannot get the talent to make up two decent State sides.

Think that play where Dearden chased To'o down just before the line who passed the ball infield and Cotter was first one there to dive on it highlighted where Queensland we're better than NSW.....the effort areas.......there was always a maroon jersey around when they needed one.....NSW not so much......another classic underdog Queensland series win.

Full disclosure, I respect SOO as a great spectacle as it is the fastest league to watch, but don't support any particular team. My thoughts are how the hell does that Queensland team lose that NSW team!? Apart from Munster, who in Queensland would make the kangaroos over their NSW counterparts? Maybe Hammer over Edward's, but apart from that...

Coached by Daley. Max King would have trouble making most NRL starting teams yet is the starting prop for NSW. Koloamatangi and May were amongst the top middles in the game over the season.

Beats me why they still do the underdog schtik given all their years of dominance.
Capewell went beastmode after that smack in the mouth, enjoyed watching that, Dearden seems like a good kid, Cam lost his dad, I'm struggling for reasons to hate them now.
