Of the playing 17. Only both Leka and Demetric posted clips of capes scoring that try during the game on there story. I think that bloke has had quite the impact on both of em. Could even see that in Demetric's big interview last year.

He doesn't give a fuck if you're 5 or 10 years younger than him. He'll run at you and fold you.

Bloody great role model for the young boys. Pure professionalism.

I think it’s more likely Egan will come in the next year for Robson. If Metcalf continues his form he probably get’s an Ashes tour and will be challenging for the 6 role next year & hopefully Barney’s back next year as well. Sam Healey is the future at hooker for the Blues. Get the feeling the Blues will be dominated by the Panthers, Bulldogs and Warriors, in the coming years

I watched most of the first half but went to sleep because it wasn't the greatest game. Did Clearly go OK? Would love to see him replaced by Isaiya Katoa if he wasn't. I know Moses would be ahead of him but there is something special about Isaiya Katoa.

I actually think it's more likely that he gives Brailey at the Sharks a crack before Egan. Even though Wade is more creative, Brailey is more durable: he's played like 113+ games straight according to sharks forum.
I think Egan has done himself a disservice. I’m sure a lot of the time he stayed down for a free HIA interchange rest in years gone by and it was a team tactic to take any opportunity that popped up.

He’s played 20+ games the last 4 seasons and only missed 1 game this year, which is very durable and played long minutes as well.

A bit tainted now though…

Was there tears on your pillow at half time? You ain't gotta lie Craig! 🤣

Come on now, As a Maroons fan, 1st half i was like yeah baby! Beat these baby blue kients! 2nd half i was like - Oh nooooo! These kients are folding! Hate these fucks! I'm not watching origin again!!!
Full time i was like - Oh thank you baby jesus!! I love Queensland again! 🤣

It was a good game, Regardless of the result.

Just been having a read and quite blown away that both Yeo and Daley both insinuating that the reffing was unreasonable.

Maybe Webby's no blame approach has rubbed off on me a bit, but I'm quite shocked that's been the response. There werent many penalties that I thought were 50/50, and thought NSW played really undisciplined....is that the way others see it?

What penalties in that first half were unreasonable from the ref? Would like to hear what the complaints are. I'm guessing maybe 1 or 2 might be subjective but thought the majority was black and white...

Various chats I’m in and other league forums the general consensus was it was a first half stitch up and QLD were being handed it.
Few conspiracies around a dead rubber in Sydney would be bad for ticket sales and ratings-worth noting it’s going head to head with a lions tour game.
I support NSW but don’t get too into it, first half did seem a bit harsh but then the second half thought QLD got it a bit rough. Also talk they didn’t want fans leaving the stadium early by a one sided affair with the troubles their having with anti league WA media. Thought the ref controlled momentum quite a bit (for both sides) which open things up to scrutiny a bit, this is a common complaint with NRL but it was certainly on display last night (to both team benefit)
