YES - and a week in advance.
Yesterdays turnover in wet weather was 1/10th of the day before.

Sort of, we run to make 1 customers experience as good as 100 so we still do the same stuff, staff numbers remains the same, etc.
But I plan on doing paperwork etc on wet days, change marketing a bit, etc.
It’s more I come into work knowing we will be under the pump or bored
Another important stat is hotel occupancy though the year, knowing a busy weekend or not, etc
