Just felt that was never ours to win tonight. We never really won the middle, the outside backs defense was poor. Bounce of the ball went the Panthers way all night, and the injuries hurt our attacking cohesion. Especially Metcalf's injury issue.
TMM, I dunno, does he offer anything on the bench? This was the situation he has there waiting for, and barely noticed him. If Metcalf is out next week, Boyd deserves the 7 shirt.
People saying Panthers were nobodies need to watch games other than the Warriors.. That pack was solid, and plenty of experience in the backline. Not saying the line up was great, but nobodies? Whatever.

I'm pretty sure he did it on his grubber and chase on the last towards the posts.
A few players around him were signalling to the ref and he very gingerly limped back into defence after Laurie cleaned up the ball.
A possible suggestion of a late hit but hard to know as they never went back to it.

Yeah, and Rd 6 vs. bolts, this season, comes to mind. The cats just had more spark in the first half, you could feel/see it. They played the better game and, Hough, speaking of Better... who better to get beat by than Ivan Cleary?
