Yes you could leave Marata out but Webster wont
But you can’t leave Cht out.
I agree on Ale about time he got some Webster love
Probably Tmm to full back
Taine only plays if Webster doesn’t pick Dwz
Agreed on point one.
Webster won’t.
I think we can leave CHT out.
Decent combo with Metcalf but the TMM and Boyd thing has been unbelievable and I hear you “it’s only reserve grade”.
I’d say though that Taine is next in line for full back.

Bunty in the team sets up a platform and we tend to win.

Bunty gets dropped and we struggle through the middle and tend to lose.

Anyone else notice this trend? Happens consistently year after year.
2025:
7 games, average of 24 mins.
5 wins, 2 losses.
Win percentage: 71%
Team percentage: 66.67%

2024:
9 games, average of 25 mins.
5 wins, 4 losses.
Win percentage: 55.5%
Team percentage: 39%

2023:
21 games, average of 29 mins.
14 wins, 7 losses.
Win percentage: 66.67%
Team percentage: 61%

I think it's a coincidence due to Buntys lack of minutes, but it's definitely an interesting thought.

I would stick with Berry as we have to but give him a rocket after some poor reads and misses on defence.
He was definitely off the pace, but im putting that more down to a fitness thing.

I feel he wasn't ready but given our outside back stocks Webby put him in hoping he'd at least defend better than MGT. Didn't really work out unfortunately, hopefully is more at 100% after the bye.

Great stats.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence. Bunty has excellent defensive tackle percentages, reads play well and does the 1%er. He has the size and bulk to wear the opposition down for a fatigue based gameplan.

By the eyecrometer, we look more solid and dominant with Bunty in the team.

3 years in a row with a bigger win percentage in the team than without can’t be a fluke.

See my eyecrometer sees him struggling defensively around the ruck, few times he's been caught out over the years. I remember vividly the Tigers game a forward scoring right down his channel

Someone needs their eyecrometer calibrated 🤣

Buntys been at 95-98% tackle efficiency the last 5 years - the best stat wise in the team - albeit he plays less minutes.

Everyone lets occasional tackles through but Bunty lets through statistically the least.

The annoying thing was Dallin probably scores a double last night, those plays were bread and butter for him and would have lifted his confidence

6:6 or 18:20 with 10+min to go we probably chase the glamour boys down

Hope Boyd finds enough space for TT and Berry to do their thing for Dallin

I think TT will be the one to come in for CNK and Kosi *shudders* gets a reprieve.

I'm intrigued by 7. Boyd and 1. TMM though as their NSW Cup combo has been very good with TMM playing a FB sweeping role at times so I think it wouldn't be very disruptive.

Unfortunately I don't think you can have TMM at FB and TT on the wing at the same time. Teams would just kick it to RTS and then feed on the other two on tackles 2 and 3.

A backline of
1- TMM
2- Taine
3- Rocco
4-Pompey
5- RTS
May be a go, if Capes doesn’t backup after origin 3, and shift to the centres which would move Pompey to the left wing replacing Kosi.
