Tuapiki was immense and to be honest, I think he now has earned the right to continue as starting fullback.
Te Maire Martin stood up when it counted and really looks to be a much better player when running the show rather than being 2nd fiddle.
The unpredictability and offloading in the tackle was key... sure we made some unforced errors but when we got it right we had the Panthers scrambling.

I saw Ford run into Edwards I think it was and thought here we go again. Another one looked dicey as well. They were well away from where the try was scored though.
Best money I’ve ever spent making the trip over. Have a red eye flight back home tonight to make it to work tomorrow afternoon but my boss phoned me up right after the match and gave me the day off. Hopefully I make it to the airport in one piece

After our first try I was thinking is that sums up our season.
We guts in out and manage to score with an injury decimated team and the try scorer goes off injured.
Glad he came back on as covering a winger for the rest of the game would have been tough. He came back on and got some good runs coming out of our end.

When he gets to play north / south on that narrow channel, he is one of the best in the biz.
