Its so obvious and yet fans are dancing around cos they want to be nice. Its time for some players to retire, its for some juniors to play 1st grade and time for others to be released.

To add to this. Young players have an intensity that dulls over time.

We have lacked that intensity… even last year.

Pretty sure Ale lost his footing and released his grip and slid down the legs. It looked like it was what youre meant to do hence just a penalty.

Thought it was Afoa? Anyway, the tipping charge I think a decent-sized fine or maybe 1 week - obviously looked bad but don't think the player was in too much danger. Don't think anything else was that serious.

Some one posted the average age of our team and it was quite old in comparison to the other teams. You joke but this is the first game in a month where we didn’t look like a sack of wet potatoes.

Lowered our age profile
And introduced speed and unpredictability
Another thing I liked was Tmm kicking to different places on the field not our usual Sj kick to the opposition right winger
I think Ali picked up a little leg injury at the start but achieved anyway
Bunty in his last stint was defending strongly really putting effort and closing tackles
The only player a bit quiet was AFB injury maybe
Roach was great
Tmm stood up
CNK was all bustle and effort
Pompey is a professional league player not someone who marched off to Ru and came back on prior reputation
Monty and Dall were great
Taine another bundle of energy and did the fullback stuff great
Ford Barnett (very good) Ale Laban tick tick
De age the side add some unpredictability and speed and we beat the premiers
One of our top 20 wins since 95

Had a sneaky feeling we were okay at half time, and if we got in front we would stay in front. Wasn't even worried during the last 10 minutes like I have been the last few years.

Ya it was weird I felt if they miss the conversation at 20:16 we could score and take the lead, it all played out and I felt Edwards might miss the penalty under pressure and he totally shanked it, one of those days

Charnze had some bad reads on defence that lead to a try. Apart from that, Would love to see him next to SJ. Altho, TMM had a decent game with SJ not there over calling him.

Panthers for sure thought it was a given. Clearly knew it was attitude thing, and that sort of game could cost them later in the season with other teams running hot. . We out-Ivaned Ivan by just finding a way.

That is the greatest Warriors match I have seen in my tenure as a fan.
Going from no expectations to Victory.
