I'm just happy to not be playing Melbourne this week!

Bounce back factor to be real for this game: boys will be looking to hit right back after the catastrophe of yesterday. Broncos aren't playing well, they will be short a couple of their stars as well. This is a much more winnable game and we always lift when the ponies are in town.

Ali L looked pretty ineffective to me last night. I love him and don't believe he is ineffective, will probably just take time but can't help but wonder what we are sacrificing by moving him over the other side after him looking so dangerous on the right. I wonder if we had kept Pompey and Ali in the centres last night how it would have gone? It's Berry's defensive efforts that make him so loved. I guess I need to be patient but its hard not to wonder.

A bit is being spoken about at the Broncos with Walsh and Hunt and it's sure to cause tension and pressure. Also, Jesse Arthurs is under time pressure to be fit to play. I think he was a Category 1. One of their more consistent players who may not feature this weekend. Jack Gosiewski has also copped a week's suspension.

Both clubs came up with disappointments and under some pressure. Bronco's have a lot more to answer for, so I think we need to focus hard on improving everything.

Maybe Charnz/Marata/Taine around him was a better distraction for the defense than CHT/Capewell/Pompey, he was so quiet the last 2 games, loved him smacking Hughes though

was thinking this too, he (Ali) is naturally a right sided player by how he holds the ball and the lines he runs. Berry is not worth sacrificing that at all and i'm hoping it is mostly due the the unavailability of a few players but when RTS and DWZ are back it reverts to Pompey left and Ali L right

Add in that he isn't getting a lot of good ball from either half the last few games.

if Arthur's has a cat 1 he isn't playing, 11 day stand down

Berry to miss atleast 1 game.
Jesus... Guess taine has to stay at wing then.

Both wingers injured, fullback injuries, center injuried. I think the best decision here would be to fill the gaps with minimal shuffles. But damn our edges are going to suffer vs the broncos.

wtf man. If we have anymore backs injuries that will be catastrophic. Joey Manu couldn’t come quick enough. I guess we could see Daeon making his debut on the right wing
