Is that Mark Carrol? Wtf wrong with his voice.
Sounds like a Titanic survivor or something
Ahh ok....was wondering if there was something more to it![]()

NRL fans have noticed a change in Mark Carroll's voice. Read more here.au.sports.yahoo.com
Sounds like he speaks with intentional lag between wordsGeez I'm watching thru fox sports and I'm glad that spud Carroll isn't the main commentators i can only understand a few words he says....
Considering he is watching less than 50 m away, I can't imagine he's impressedJesus the handling in this game is diabolical.
First grade Webby ball requires an 80% completion rate.....not many here endearing themselves to his game style id imagine.
That new prop from the Sunshine Coast looks handy .is it just me or does our NSW pack look bigger than our first grade pack?
not just him, but our no 15 looks like a giant. Obviously RTV and Neal as well who are also huge humans. What a monster pack we have in cup this year. That new prop from the Sunshine Coast looks handy .
They can easily come back, Knights look just as flakey down their end. Just hold onto the pill, complete their sets, not rocket science....they got enough strike thier thats for sure.....just not sure about the patience. With first grade injuries it effects the NSW Cup side but they are a long way off looking like a decent side .
On the plus side only 6 points in it at HT so perhaps they can come back?
Agreed, cup should always first and foremost from a club perspective be a on ramp for the kids to be FG ready.I think we need to temper our expectations of the cup side. It was always going to be hard to live up to the comparisons of last years team which will probably go down as the greatest ever reserve grade side in modern history. With the huge player turnover and promotion of last year's flegg players, I'm guessing this is one of the most inexperienced cup sides going round this year. So we need to be a bit patient with this transition phase of the cup side. As long as they perform decent (ie not bottom), I'm ok with not being the top dogs in cup this year if it means that the juniors get experience playing against men in cup.
On the plus side, it looks like the flegg team is braining it this year and could be the pathways where we dominate this year.
