Line speed on defence was non existent.
Roosters were rolling through our forwards far too easy.
Way too many one on one misses.
Roosters dominating the ruck.

A lot of experience lost from last year. A bit of a reality check for some of the guys coming up from age grade football.

Some of the new guys showed promise in small sections. Hopefully improve with more time in this grade.

How'd Laumalili and Tuipulotu-Vea go?

Laumalili I thought went pretty well, scored a decent try running over a smaller guy in a crash play. RTV went okay but needs to be stronger in defense with putting guys on their backs if he is to become a solid starter and build a platform. EIT and Fatialofa tried their asses off but needed more help from the rest of the squad.

Ravosai looked out of his depth. Hansen didn't have the best game either and both our centres may as well have not been on the field for their amount of poor reads and missed tackles. I thought Auloa, Waterworth, Laumalili and Sikuvea were all pretty solid.

Lemana can’t play cup until he turns 18. Let’s see how Inch and Norris go in Flegg. Norris could be a star IMO.
