Webster made the comment the other day that he will take the hard worker over the natural talent every time. My mind went to Kali immediately because of previous comments he made where he said Kali had the talent to play first grade but needed to put in the work.
It’s interesting to see which young guys are pushed up to the Cup side

Immeditately after those comments from Webby last year he went on a run in the second half of last year and was up there as one of best wings in NSW cup, before getting injured again right at the end of the season.

Yeah just my interpretation. I only thought of Kali because he is such an obvious natural talent.
What do you believe are the reasons why he has played so little Cup this year and why they would view a guy like Mellars ahead of him?
