Well they’ve got the same manager so maybe we can do a package deal… 😏
I hadn’t even considered turbo because it’s so far fetched but if u had a bit of luck on the injury front a spine of
Turbo
Cht
Metcalf
Egan
Would be a premiership threat.
Sheesh. Ya picked a broken spine there. Turbo has 90 year old knees. Metcalf is heading that way too. Egan has pavlova shoulders. And CHT's legs have dementia, Can't find where they left its speed.

Still, With Turbos knees gone. Hes probably still faster than CNK.

They’ve been talking about multiple clubs approaching Reuben Garrick in November, but Tolu Koula has a player option in 2027 meaning he can be approached in November also. I’d love for us to go for him as our fullback

Yeah, I’m a big fan of Koula. His speed puts a lot of pressure and hesitation in the defence when he plays fullback. I think he’s run 10.58 for 100m. Strong bringing the ball back and good defender. Currently third choice fullback at Manly.

Sam Burgess’ Warrington wolves has offered a 2 year deal
He's not going super league lol

He can't talk to other nrl clubs atm so his manager is just using them boost negotiating power with manly

I think if things fall through with Manly, Perth will throw the bag at him.

He does make a lot of sense for us as well tbf. But idk if you can risk tying up 800-900k each to two injury prone spine players.

I’ve been amongst Reece Walsh’s biggest critics, mainly because I thought his defence was woeful but his 2nd half last week was about the best I’ve ever seen-defensively too. But mainly because of the way he used a 40/20 to completely swing that game. It was a masterclass
Totally agree. Walsh's performance was a masterclass. I couldn't deny his talent. I think Healey could learn to kick 40/20s.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he went over there citing not wanting to play against the club he’s spent his career at, same for Jake. In saying that, he’s been paid handsomely in his career and a premiership is what he’s missing. Perhaps that is on his agenda? Weird though that it’s about money when a while ago he supposedly tried to bring down his salary, perhaps it’s the principle that they apparently changed the figure of salary he had negotiated upon? On his day about the best, but would be a huge risk with his injury history for any club

It didn’t talked about enough weirdly

Was genuinely one of the GOAT performances

Came back from the bin and single handedly took over the game. Can’t remember a more clutch period from a player, considering it was a finals game

Posted it pre finals but if Walsh lives up to his potential, we are all in a lot of trouble when it comes to winning the big dance.

I don't know how Manly go from not wanting to spend big coin on Turbo, then offer $2.5m over 3 years. That's top tier of what he is worth these days, he's really lost his zip in his running. He is still a classy injury prone centre - Would have thought a couple years at $1.4m would have been the offer..

To be honest Tom is pretty much done. Should move to the wing like late career Brett Mullins. Kinda what’s going happen to Metcalf as he ages
