Cool interview as well from him about 20 mins ago. Some choice quotes; "a big change for me this off season was finally jumping on a real diet", "me and capes had a compitition (in refrence to diet stuff), he obiviously beat me in the bronco but "

Surprised to see capes playing such a big mentor role, heard his name pop up a few times from the younger group. Great signing IMO. Also fuck our standards have been low for ages, good news that they are now but also pretty sad to hear some of our guys only taking diet seirously now or in the last year or so. Also damn is capes fast or is demitric just slow?

This was where guys like Capewell can have a huge impact on standards and why I’m so excited for JFH’s arrival. It’s as much off the field as on it with these type of leaders. As much as many are disillusioned with RTS, he brings the same kind of effect. Apparently a big reason for Jeremiah Nanai defecting to Samoa was to play alongside RTS

Ive always been torn on the capewell signing- u could see towards the end of his bronco stint his best was behind him and imho at this stage of their careers Curran is the better player but… he was a bit of a scallywag and it was made clear capewah was coming to mentor the younger guys so hearing this sort of stuff makes u think maybe they did pull the right string after all.
