Yesterday he replaced Isaac Liu who was in the Lock position, and then replaced Fotuaika for his HIA at prop.
Middle forward as is his position, or hooker.
Both Liu and Erin have been playing prop as replacements this season - prop- lock- second row- whatever the point is he is punching the line - how’s Capewell and Ford going?

The whole point is you expecting Clark to play 2nd row when he hasn't played there his whole NRL career 😂 Capewell is injured, Fords best ability right now is availability.

Ok expert- what position did Erin play at Manurewa Marlins?

I think second rower is the area of weakness at the moment. We are making our way up field easily enough but we don’t have the ability to beat the rush defence with a big man who can stand in the tackle or dent the line. I think people underestimate the hard yards Niukore did last year in order to free up space on that right edge

Ye i think scratch the idea of him at prop and put him back on the edge. Unless Laban and Halasima really come along this year

After what I've seen recently I think we need to focus on purchasing a winger with some real speed. Who that is, I have no idea but we don't seem to be producing them ourselves unfortunately.
Or a young Manu Vatuvei. Imagine a peak Manu in our team, that would really cause issues for opposition defenses! (and our completion rates 🫣😆). Point is we need some xfactor out there on the wing.

Imo it's pretty easy to see where we need to improve.

Last week at the 17 minute mark we had 0 errors or penalties and were up 12-6.
From that 17 minute mark to the 42nd minute we had 5 penalties and 6 errors. In 25 minutes we made 11 errors, gifting them 17 points. Let that sink in.

The week before against the Dragons it was similar - 2 errors in the first 18 minutes and were up 6-0 before giving away 4 penalties, 2 errors and 3 ruck infringements up until the 45th minute with the game essentially over at 22-6.

I think the first person to make an error or give away a dumb penalty in that 2nd 20 min of the first half needs to br dropped the following week. This is where we are killing ourselves and there needs to be accountability
